She graduated in Psychology with a Specialization in Neurocognitive Science. She works within the cognitive-behavioral approach and has also completed postgraduate studies in Applied Behavior Analysis, Pedagogical Preparation, and the first level of training in Solution-Focused Therapy.

She has 12 years of experience working with preschool and school-aged children as well as teenagers, focusing mainly on supporting children on the autism spectrum.

One of the most important elements of therapy for her is establishing a relationship with the person seeking help. She conducts individual, pair, and group sessions. She creates and implements therapeutic interventions and also collaborates with families in their homes (psychoeducation, supporting parents in the educational aspect).

At Bear With Me, she is the lead psychologist, responsible for consultations with parents/guardians, preparing therapeutic plans, training parents, children, and teenagers, as well as conducting Stanford-Binet 5 and ASRS tests.

A qualified English teacher, she has experience working with both children (grades 1-8) and teenagers. Additionally, she completed postgraduate studies in Positive Psychology in Education and Upbringing and is a certified educator with the Bullerbyn Foundation, which specializes in democratic education. She has also graduated from a 2-year Educational Leaders program through the Teach for Poland foundation. She is interested in working with children from the perspective of building relationships, supporting children’s self-determination, focusing on strengths, and alternative educational approaches. She believes that the greatest value is freedom, and that every child, with at least one supportive adult by their side, can spread their wings.

At Bear With Me, she manages the overall operations of the facility, including scheduling appointments, handling complaints, and receiving all sorts of inquiries. Additionally, she leads workshops for teenagers and children on topics such as self-care, positive psychology, group work, and effective learning methods. For parents, she organizes meetings on positive methods of working with teenagers, communication strategies, and how to support children in developing independence.

She is a trainer, a certified Positive Discipline Educator for both classroom settings and for parents and teachers, an Ambassador for Critical Thinking, a graduate of the Teach for Poland EduLeadership Development Program, and currently a participant in the European Educational Leadership Development Program through Teach for All.

Certified Court Mediator, Member and Mediator at the Wielkopolskie Center for Arbitration and Mediation, PCM in Koszalin and Poznań, Political Scientist, and Excellent Event Organizer. I specialize in family and workplace mediation. I love working with children and teenagers and have a long-standing passion for peer mediation, which I also implement in schools. I focus on non-violent communication (NVC) and alternative conflict resolution methods. My expertise includes workshops on resolving conflicts within families and groups, as well as facilitating mutual understanding in conversations. I also work as a social skills trainer.

I am expanding my skills in neurodiversity (ADHD, autism spectrum, dyslexia). This is another passion of mine, as I am neurodiverse myself and live with my wonderful sons who have ADHD and dyslexia.
