What is Autism? How to Diagnose a Child, Characteristics of Functioning in the Autism Spectrum, Therapies and Support. For Parents/Guardians. (In-person)

For Whom?

For parents/guardians of children who have a diagnosis of being on the autism spectrum or are in the process of being diagnosed. For parents who are facing a new challenge in their lives and their child’s life and want to understand what it means to be on the spectrum, how the diagnostic process should proceed, and what type of therapy to seek for their child.

The sessions are held in a small group setting, which provides a sense of security and facilitates sharing personal situations. The principle of confidentiality applies: what happens in the group, stays in the group. 🙂

The sessions will be led by an experienced psychologist and therapist who has been working with children on the spectrum, both preschool and school-aged, for over 12 years.

Number of participants: maximum 12

Price: Free
